Are you open to booking engagements during the weekdays and/or weekends?
With advanced notice, weekday and weekend engagements are available.
Do you have any Domestic or International travel restrictions?
Ryan's travel must be booked 30 days prior to the engagement. Ryan has made multiple trips internationally and keeps an updated passport.
Are your programs based purely on functional fitness techniques?
Attendees will learn to over come F.E.A.R., adversity and other limiting agents. As well as functional fitness and mental fortitude techniques to strengthen both the mind and the body. In the Collegiate and Professional settings, the program delves deeper into the processes involved with creating and implementing goals to increase lifespan, and improve physical quality of life.
What are your credentials?
Ryan graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science with emphasis in Fitness Leadership. He has spoken in over 300 locations worldwide, from schools to large corporations. He is a certified L1 CrossFit Instructor, and has been a part of the CrossFit community for nearly a decade. Ryan has personally worked with many of the top Coaches and Instructors in their respected fields such as; Louie Simmons (Westside Barbell-Powerlifting), Glenn Pendlay (MDUSA-Olympic Weightlifting), Mark Cannella (Columbus Weightlifting-Olympic), Rob Orlando (Strongman), Kendrick Farris (Olympian-Olympic Weightlifting), Mark Bell (Super Training Gym-Powerlifting), Shane and Laura Phelps-Sweatt (Conjugate-CrossFit/Powerlifting), and Paul Gomez (Business Leader).
